This page uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts, images and video are served from this website itself. Like every web server, our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to run the site securely; they are not used to identify you and are deleted after a short period.

Buying a licence

When you click “Buy”, the checkout opens on Freemius (checkout.freemius.com). Freemius, as the reseller, processes your name, e-mail, billing and payment details to complete the purchase, issue the invoice and the licence key. See the Freemius privacy policy. We receive your name, e-mail and order details from Freemius to provide the licence, updates and support.

Using the plugin

When you activate a licence, the plugin sends the site address, the administrator e-mail and basic technical data (WordPress, PHP and plugin versions) to Freemius to manage the licence and updates. No data about your customers or their bookings is sent.

Support e-mails

If you write to us, we use your e-mail and message only to answer you and keep them as long as needed for support.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to its use. Write to systemataman@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
